The Postharvest Technology Challenge 2017 aims to identify scalable post-harvest technologies in East Africa for wider dissemination. The Postharvest Technology Challenge – 2017 (TPTC-2017) offers an opportunity for innovators from East Africa Community five member states to showcase and pitch to investors and relevant organizations technologies ready for scaling up during the upcoming First All Africa Postharvest Congress (AAPHC) set for March 28 – 31, 2017. To participate, ensure that your innovation and technology offers practical solutions to challenges to postharvest food loss and waste across agricultural value chains and demonstrate potential for scale up.
